About Us 

 

The name YogaSimply came about purely as a name for our website!! But on reflection, it should have been no surprise as simplicity, a bit of fun and enjoyment underpins our approach to practicing yoga and accruing the associated benefits to our health and general well being. We offer both group classes and also individual consultations both online and 'in person' for those who have specific health conditions or injuries and would like to try Yoga Therapy, a valuable therapeutic tool which uses a more holistic, personalised approach to health matters.

 

We are also interested in how the introduction of a more yogic life style beyond the yoga mat can greatly improve our daily lives. Typically, a more healthy diet and taking a little time for ourselves every day to relax and do some of things we want to do, no matter how busy we see our lives.

We live and offer our yoga classes in the coastal village of Emsworth on the South Coast between Chichester and Portsmouth and Yoga Therapy classes and individual consultations in Fareham.
