Class Times and Location

Our 'in person' group yoga classes are held at the Emsworth Community Centre (ECC) in Emsworth which is conveniently located close to the village and has on site parking.  Our 'live' online classes are held weekly on a Thursday evening. Yoga therapy group classes are offered in Fareham. Though small, our classes and venues provide a relaxed, quiet environment for your practice. Classes run throughout the year, including school holidays.

Vinyasa Flow

 'In person' group classes / workshops for those with some previous experience of yoga and want to practice Vinyasa Flow. Please enquire for more information and availability.

 

Online Live Yoga Classes

Live streamed Hatha Yoga classes run weekly. Classes run on a Thursday evening 18:00 > 19:15.

Yoga Therapy

Our Yoga Therapy 'in person' group class runs on a Wednesday morning in Fareham, with individual 'one to one' consultations being by appointment only. Please enquire for more details and availability
